
III INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CONFERENCE
Arbitration Court of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is organising the third international arbitration conference in order to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and to discuss on topics concerning the current status of arbitration.
Language: simultaneous interpretation in Estonian and English.
The first part of the conference will introduce the legal regulation of/and for arbitration in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Finland and Sweden through the experience of arbitration institutions of these countries.
The second part of the conference introduces and analyses the requirements arising from the public law for court of arbitration proceedings and recognition as well as execution of the rulings of the court of arbitration, including requesting preliminary rulings from the European Court of Justice, securing an action in cross-border disputes and collecting cross-border evidence.
Legal advisors, managers of companies, legal advisors, lawyers, judges, trustees in bankruptcy, bailiffs, arbiters are welcome to participate.
