The Council of the Court of Arbitration

The work of the Court of Arbitration is managed by the Council of the Court of Arbitration (hereinafter the Council), which can consist of up to seven members. The members are appointed for a 3-year term by the Board of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Members of the Council shall have obtained at least a master’s degree in law that is recognized nationally or an equivalent (foreign) qualification. At least one member of the Council shall be a serving judge of the Republic of Estonia. The Council of the Arbitration Court elects the chairman and deputy chairman of the council from among its members.

The Chairman of the Council of the Court of Arbitration is the Attorney-at-Law Asko Pohla.
