Palmako’s new field of business - pre-fabricated houses from Prebuilt
Prebuilt is a brand that represents pre-fabricated timber frame houses and elements from product portfolio of Palmako which is one of the leading manufacturers of garden log cabins, glulam and machine rounded timber products in Estonia. Prebuilt product category offers mini-houses and mobile homes, holiday cottages, residential houses, semi-detached houses, terraced (row) houses, smaller apartment buildings, garages, facade and roof elements.
According to Rain Raudsepp, CEO of Palmako, the modern building methods of wooden houses have consistently excluded those weaknesses that were previously considered unavoidable in construction. "The production of elements in a dry environment evaluates the risks of weather on the construction site, flat elements make transport efficient, production is less costly and more cost-effective - at every step Prebuilt products have an advantage over traditional construction," explained Raudsepp.
Prebuilt offers energy efficient solutions and invests into improving its products on daily bases. It valuates quality, efficiency as well as mutually beneficial, professional and long-lasting relationships. The main focus is on B2B customers and bespoke projects. "In order to serve our clients, we wish to create good cooperation relations with target markets construction companies and real estate developers. We are also interested in developing new interesting models together with our new partners,“ said Raudsepp.
Project manager of Prebuilt, Matis Põdersoo, says: „So far we have sold and assembled houses in Iceland, Netherlands, Sweden, Estonia and we are already working towards first projects in Norway and Italy. Cooperation with our partners has been smooth and several of our partners have already ordered new projects from us - that is the best feedback we can have from our customers.“
Other indicators important for cooperation are previous experience in industrial manufacturing and belonging to Lemeks Group of companies.
