Contract of Distributorship in English
With the contract, the manufacturer will give the distributor the right to market its products. The distributor acts on its own behalf and own account, and has the right to set the distribution price of the product. They act as an independent entrepreneur in terms of the manufacturer as well as the customers. For example, the distributor has the right to freely establish the distribution prices for the products and the right to use the manufacturer’s trademarks, business names or other symbols, but only for the purposes of identifying and advertising products on the territory and for the sole interests of the manufacturer.
