Karin Kuusk
Karin has more than 15 years of professional career in the financial sector, mainly in banking. He has worked in organizations such as Euler Hermes business credit insurance (Allianz Group), BIGBANK, and her latest experience and knowledge has been acquired from LHV Bank. Karin has two master's degrees, the first in Law and the second in Business Administration in the direction of management and marketing. Joining LHV Bank, she made a U-turn from the position of head of the legal department to become an internal auditor. Almost 3 years ago, Karin came up with a business idea as a result of a personal concern, which has developed into today's company called MOTIVEER. During her 15-year professional career, she had never used the training budget allocated to her to the full extent. Why? Because the process of finding the most suitable training partner for you is time-consuming and complicated - it can take up to a week of googling and correspondence/communication to find the most suitable training partner for you. Therefore, they have created an online platform that helps organizations, with an investment of 10 minutes, receive offers from training providers that match the organization's profile and criteria.
