RECORDING: Leaders Club: Ethical Product, Service and Marketing
According to an international survey, Estonians are less concerned about environmental and climate
issues than its neighbours in the north and south. Global warming and climate emissions are not big concerns for Estonians, however, Estonian people do care for plastic not ending up in the ocean and trees being remained
in the forest, as well as having an exemplary waste management and care for goods not to be
overpackaged. Nonetheless, COVID19 confused both conventional business logic and the way
sales and marketing is done.
How to take an ethical and sustainable perspective when creating a new product/service and how
to effectively communicate it to potential customers? That is what we are focusing on this time in the Leaders Club.
