The following accommodation, speaking slot and booth options are available for participants. Please, choose your selection.

ACCOMODATION: Discount rates available for overseas participants in the following hotels:

  1. Liberty Central Saigon City Point ( 4 Stars Hotel) at 59- 61 Pasteur District 1 HCM, Vietnam:
  1. Norfolk Hotel (4 Stars Hotel) at 17 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, HMC, Viet Nam:
  1. No accommodation required – accommodation arranged by participant

SPEAKING SLOTS available upon request:

  1. Panel Discussion: 19 October, 1.5h / panel, free of charge, participants for panels: 1 moderator + panellists. CEEC is welcome to propose speakers (upon submitting bios and theme by 31 Aug)
  2. Workshops: 20 October, in the morning, 1h/workshop, for an extra fee of 55.000.000VND/session (including 10% VAT). The topic will be suggested and chaired by participant. The Organizing Committee will review and discuss to make sure that the content is suitable. Possibility of discounted rate: If 10 participants join the event on behalf of CEEC, 10% discount, if more than 20 participants join, 20 % discount will be available for the workshop.

EXHIBIT COUNTER – Showcase for Technology Solutions

  1. Counter under CEEC pavilion: the pavilion shared by CEEC and the Hungarian Consulate including a minimum of 10 booths. The price to book one booth is 5 000 000 VND (with a possibility of 10% additional discount upon receiving higher number of applications).
  2. Independent counter: booth size (2x2 m2) for a price of 5 500 000 VND
