#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond.

During the workshop, you will learn the importance of self-promotion in your personal and professional life and be equipped with tools to develop this skill. Participants will be invited to challenge the social perception around self-promotion.

An issue to address
Many of us struggle when it comes to talking about our own accomplishments. Cultural and gender modesty norms as well as impostor syndrome can prevent anyone from acknowledging their remarkable attributes and expressing their achievements.

Augustė Tamulytė, Associate Account Strategist at Google, #IamRemarkable facilitator
Auguste helps small and medium-sized businesses grow in local and international markets. She advises Baltic companies on how to develop, plan and implement digital marketing strategies using Google Ads tools in various industries (technology, finance, retail, etc.).


Andreea Simulescu, Industry Manager, Large Customer Sales at Google, #IamRemarkable facilitator
With in-house agency experience for Naspers Group (OLX.ro, Flanco.ro, eMAG.ro); Andreea is now working at Google in the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization for more than 4 years. Everyday she consults the largest Baltic companies and startups on how to grow their business with digital tools.
