E.L.L. Real Estate re-brands itself to Kapitel
The leading Baltic real estate company E.L.L. Real Estate has re-branded itself to Kapitel as a unified brand in all markets. Kapitel focuses on creating and managing sustainable, functional and aesthetic environments for people and companies to flourish. Kapitel follows the long-term strategy, managing the whole development cycle and remaining as property owners of the projects developed.
“With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and management, E.L.L. Real Estate has outgrown the Baltic States and is expanding also to new markets. The new brand and redefined values act as a roadmap for us to grow our business, strengthen the commitment of our employees and satisfy ever-changing needs of our current and future customers,” said Taavi Ojala, CEO of Kapitel.

Almost 2000 people spend their workdays in Kapitel´s four office buildings and our two hotels have accommodate annually over 300 thousand people staying in Tallinn. “Re-branding has helped us to understand more clearly our impact on city environments and people´s daily lives. It´s a serious responsibility we are happy to accept and deliver,” Taavi Ojala added.
