Palmako and Imprest will continue only under the company of Palmako
Almost three years ago, two subsidiaries of Lemeks Group - Palmako AS and Imprest AS first announced about their merger. The final merger took place on August 1st 2018 and thereafter companies continue operating only under the name of Palmako AS. All assets, contracts, rights and obligations of Imprest AS have been transfered to Palmako AS as a result of the merger. All existing agreements and cooperation conditions will also remain in force. The name Imprest is a well-known and strong trademark and it will remain in use as the trademark of the machine rounded and pressure treated timber product category.
Palmako and Imprest have been operating on the same markets for many years and their clients have often been the same. As such, linking the companies permanently was the logical next step. As one company they are able to offer clients an even wider range of products from one place with more flexible supply terms. Uniting the companies creates synergy in sales and customer support processes, also boosts investment capabilities and enables to approach product development in an even more multi-faceted way.
