Printall – your print house in Estonia
Put your thoughts on paper... This is our new slogan, perfect for a strong customer-oriented printing house in Estonia. On our new website, we refer to ourselves as follows: Your printing house in Estonia.
Printall is an offset printing plant in the good and traditional sense of the word. In addition to existing mass production, Printall is a distinguished offset rotation boutique company. That means that we can also use our specialist equipment for printing smaller high-quality items. Many of our clients are interested in products that emphasise their field, design and sense of luxury. This client segment believes that their printed product will remain on their customer’s desk for a long time, wherever that happens to be, even at sea or in the air. That it is not just a piece of information, but an accessory. Many think that the future trends in printing are moving specifically in that direction.
In addition to well-selected niche products, Printall’s strengths also include printing high-quality periodicals, newspapers, brochures and catalogues. Print runs range from a few hundred to several hundred thousand. Printall’s key is our quick reaction thanks to a huge paper stock. This has been a conscious choice based on experience – a strategy.
Printall is an export-oriented printing plant – 60 % of our production is exported. We have an active market presence in all of our neighbouring countries, but also in more distant countries, such as Spain and England.
In a changing environment, Printall has been able to adapt. New efficiency in the printing industry cannot be achieved through staff cutbacks, but by increasing sales capacity through more sales representatives. Today, Printall can already serve more customers than ever before. Considering the importance of exports, Printall’s strategy is to hire more high-quality employees. We have clients in different markets (in different countries), each with their own designated sales managers. Our sales managers are specialised in offering the best quality for their particular market areas. Our inventive, well-educated, multilingual sales team are often on business trips abroad, doing their work in most Scandinavian and European countries. Few printing plants can afford such a high level of representation and individual attention to detail.
After the first contact with us, the client will no longer be worried about the unknown or what is possible; instead, they will receive a thorough specification of the whole process, from submitting print files to the delivery of the product at a suitable location. Trust is mostly based on experience, and Printall has plenty of that. Our sales representatives have the privilege of listing famous names who trust us; and even in a situation where a potential client finds their competitor already using Printall, they will realise that it is in their best interests not to let their competitor have this competitive advantage all to themselves, and they should use this opportunity to compete in areas where the printed material has nothing to add.
The greatest challenge for this newsletter is to reach its audience. On behalf of the printing house, I would like this Newsletter to be printed and become an item of value, instead of dissolving among so much digital noise.
