The Timbeco team has signed an agreement with the Norwegian developer Boliger For Folket AS for the construction of a 3-storey modular apartment building in Svolvær, Norway. The building will have a total of 20 apartments with a size of 28m2 - 91m2.
A modular solution is used in the construction of the apartment building, which is great opportunity to implement the Timbeco Modular Standard construction system. The building construction system has been granted technical approval TG 20710 by the Norwegian Sintef Buildings and Infrastructure. Sintef confirms that the modular building construction system used is suitable for use in Norway and complies with the local building code.

Production of the building is planned for the summer months and installation work in the early autumn. The completion date of the building is December 2022.
The company’s production units are in Estonia. The export markets are Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany and Japan, the company employs 160 people and the expected turnover in 2022 is 24m euro.
