A Sponsorship Agreement is an agreement in which one party provides support to the other. The sponsor commits to paying a certain amount of money to the recipient, and in return, the recipient agrees to provide certain benefits to the sponsor. For example, a sponsorship agreement can be used to support various events, fund studies or research projects, or for other purposes.

The customer of the contract may disclose the content of the contract only to the persons with whom the customer of the contract wishes to enter into a contract on the basis of the contract in hand.
