Vija is a communication expert and practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in this field, working at ING Bank, Lietuvos Energija AB, Barclays, and Telia Lietuva.
Vija has spent past four years building up internal and change communications strategies, and execution plans for various clients, smallest being 14 employees, largest being 15000. She also co-authored the first Lithuanian book about internal communication.
Vija has received two awards for change and cultural development projects from the IABC World Conference (Washington, U.S.A.) and the PR Impact and Best Personnel Practices awards. Vija also judged at the Mi:t&links. Baltic Communication Awards.
